Chuck Storrow is a lawyer/lobbyist in the Vermont Statehouse with deep experience in energy/utilities, telecommunications, environmental policy, insurance and health care. Chuck combines versatility with an eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of Vermont’s political, economic and social landscape.
Prior to joining KSE in 1989, Storrow practiced law with a Burlington, Vermont firm, specializing in civil and administrative litigation. He served on the Vermont Environmental Board from 1989 to 1992. In 1982-83 he served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Sterry R. Waterman, Senior Judge, U.S. Court for Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
He has a B.A. in history from the University of Maine and his J.D. from Vermont Law School. He had the highest academic ranking in his law school class. Storrow grew up in Jericho, Vermont.
