Clare Buckley has been a tenacious advocate for KSE clients at the Vermont State House since 1994, helping win passage of landmark legislation in civil rights, early childhood education and transportation.
She develops multifaceted legislative strategies for major campaigns and is part of a legislative team that follows every move of the Vermont General Assembly. She has also led legislative campaigns in other states on clean water issues and other subject areas.
Buckley is an attorney licensed in Vermont and Massachusetts with experience in municipal and administrative law.
Buckley graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1985 with a B.A. in political science and she received a J.D., cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 1992. She is from Newton, Massachusetts.
