Jennifer Estivill is a senior legislative/regulatory analyst for KSE FOCUS, tracking legislative and regulatory activity in all 50 states with a primary focus on healthcare issues.
She joined KSE in 2006, after working at the Vermont Bar Association.
Estivill, a native Vermonter, graduated from Castleton State College in 1999, where she earned a Bachelors degree in English and a minor in journalism.
